Metal Beam Crash Barrier
Metal Beam Crash Barrier acts as a system designed to keep people or vehicles from straying into off-limits. BST Infratech Limited manufactures W & Thrie Beam Crash barriers with the latest technology to avail their use for a prolonged period. The beams are made from Fe 410 grade steel conforming to IS 5986/ IS 2062/ IS 10748 or equivalent standards.

Manufacturing Procedure
- The inspection of the H.R Coil is done; the defective coils are rejected.
- Planning for the proper procedure of the Crash Manufacture is done.
- The purified coils from the inspection stage are subjected to slitting coil or shearing. The residual product is then subjected to inspection.
- The slit coils or the sheared coils are then subjected to COLD W-Forming and Auto-Punching. The procedure is followed by-
- Mill/ Press Punching,
- L-Cold Press Forming;
- Post Channel & Spacer Channel Press Punching.
- This is the second procedure after the bifurcation from the slit coils.
- This is followed by Galvanizing.
- Following Galvanizing process the Final Finishing is done
- And finally delivered at your hands.

Features
- Metal beam rail and the railing post is made of corrugated sheet steel beams of the class, section, type, and thickness is specified in the plans.
- All complete steel rail elements, posts, terminal sections, nuts, bolts hardware, and other steel fittings are galvanized.
- Railing elements are free from rough or sharp edges and abrasions and shall not be kinked, twisted or bent.
- Unless otherwise specified, the steel beam elements and terminal sections are galvanized (zinc coated, 0.55kg square meter, and minimum single spot.
- All galvanizing works are done after fabrication.
