BSTL (BST INFRATECH LIMITED.) Unit in Jamuria-Ranigunj near Durgapur, Dist.Burdwan has an installed capacity of 36,000 MT per annum. The factory is spread over a land area of 17 acres. There is two fabrication sheds having a combined area of 5,800 sq.mtrs. The one automatic CNC machine for angle cutting, punching and stamping, ensures materials of the highest quality with flawless production for Transmission projects. BABA also successfully manufacturing upstream integration and is now manufacturing Mild Steel & High Tensile Angles in-house, which gives it a superior control over its value chain. BSTL manufacture and achieved upto 765 kV transmission line tower and sub-station steel structure upto 400kV. BSTL is strongly committed quality/long term business relationship/competitive- ness and customer focus. Our main focus is EPC projects in the field of Power Transmission.
The plant has a modern galvanizing plant with a shed area of 1500 sq.mtrs. A covered drying chamber ensures suitable drying of materials which eliminates zinc splashing and provides a safe working environment. The galvanizing plant has 3 EOT cranes which help maintain optimum production levels.
Our laboratory is well equipped with SPECTRO including Universal Testing Machine and Impact testing machine approved by BIS. Regular tests are carried out to check for zinc coating in the galvanizing laboratory thereby ascertaining that quality standards are maintained as per our client’s requirement.
There is ample space in the raw materials yard and finished yard which ensures that the material is kept in a systematic and organized manner. There is a separate are designated to carry out Proto work.
As like all other BABA Group units, the Tower manufacturing units are also ISO-9001 certified. Utmost care is given to health & Safety, environment and pollution control.
